The Cutest Thing

So I stumbled upon this photo on google, and discovered it linked to a site where someone had uploaded a lot of their personal photos, from the late forties until now. That's such a cute idea.
But anyway, this one says it was taken at a lake near a Ginger Rogers cabin. I have no idea where this is. Anyone?

PS One of my word verifications was 'gyroweed' which I decided I really liked as a word. Now to decide what it means.

I googled "Ginger Rogers Cabin" and apparently there's a place in Wisconsin called "Ginger Rogers Resort". Wonder if that's what they were referring to in that photo? Either way, very interesting!

That's a COOL picture!
But honestly, I think these two are just budding graffiti artists with very clean print...notice the little one on the left appears to have a small paint jar in her hands... we may have documentation of some of the earliest Gingerologists!

PS - gyroweed is what grows in your small intestine...it breaks down hoagies and grinders...

Great picture. You need to take it a bit further though. You should get busy with photoshop, removing these sweet young ladies and replace them with pictures of little Lauren and little Huey when they were of that age. Now THAT would be a fantastic picture!!!

HAHAHAHA!!! JWalker is SO funny.

Lauren - FF was happy to get JWalker's definition of gyroweed and volunteers to make up and post some sentences using it either here or on SW if you would like.

Go at it FF! Wherever you want.

...er, I'm the tall one...in the dress...I think little dudes actually wore dresses back then... hence all the rebellious actions, such as the graffiti we see here...

We're both in dresses.
That means I'm the one with the spray can.
Typical...

Wait one more thing... aren't hoagies and grinders the same thing?
